STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I used them to buy a Nikon D200 and they sent me a camera with a non-original Nikon box (thin cardoard and different colour than Nikon original box) and a badly photocopied instruction manual. I have serious doubts that the camera itself is an original, as it doesn't perform to the well known Nikon standard.
The whole experience was very dodgy and I will never use them again, no matter what. I rather spend that little bit more, but have the mathematical guarantee that I am getting an original item, with original instruction book and with original packaging. After all it is a lot of money you are giving out! Also they don't charge that little at all... just a bit less than in the UK. In Hong Kong that stuff is sooo cheap they could easily charge a fourth of the UK price and STILL make a profit. There is a reason why they will refund you custom charges no question asked: they have a HUGE profit! No more Hong Kong for me! I am done with cheap chinese replicas.

Wanted to buy a 5DMK2 and lenses as my first photgraphy kit and went to the shop in Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong - won't be going there again. The staff were miserable and weren't friendly. When I asked if they had a 5DMK2 on display to try out they said they didn't have one and when I asked about some lenses but they looked at me as if I couldn't afford it and I felt as if they were doing me a favour by talking to me. Very cold and unfriendly environment. Not helpful at all. Seriously disappointed as I thought their presention of the company seemed professional - I couldn't be more wrong. I found cheaper prices in Mong Kok too - so check out the shops in Mong Kok before you go there.

I've bought countless items from these guys (small items as well as big ticket ones) and they've been nothing but fabulous with prices, customer service and delivery.

My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been online customer for ages and never had such a bad experience. I had to cancel my order because they never reply to your enquiries and they never send an order. When they accepted the cancelation they never make a refund and I am still waiting for my mony. By the way, they debited my CC stright away after I placed the order did not need much time at all. My credentials as a customer can be checked through Ebay.
Stay away from them.

I bought my Nikon D90 at the TST store, in april 2009, I got an excellent price 6480 HKD (body) with a 4G card. Now it's 6990 but it's still cheaper then other big stores (Broadway, Wing Shung....)
The staff was very nice, ths store is really cool (we can try each camera without asking and no seller running after you ...) ... it's just too bad they don't show more models !

Having just seen a poor review on this company ... I am surprise and possibly perplexed. Any such experience could more case of not reading the terms and condition than an actual bad shopping experience.

I am a professional photographer and have bought quiet a bit of high end kit from DigitalRev and have always had an excellent service. The only issue I had was with a faulty camera ...the manufacturers fault not Digital Rev ...they resolved this quickly and professionally and I would have no issue with using them again ...

would not use this company again, had to cancel my order due to it taking forever for them to find an item they claimed was IN STOCK. i needed a lens quickly, they assured me it would be here within 10 days, i even paid for express shipping, but 10 days later they hadnt even found the lens, let alone shipped it. if you want good service, use Calumet.

I was travelling to Hong Kong (in the days before the store existed) and asked for a lens I had bought to be delivered to my hotel. It was there waiting for me on my arrival, ready to use on my trip. Very cool service.

Order a big one last week, Nikon D80, SIGMA lens, filter, Battery pack, extra battery...

considering there was a long weekend (3 days including the bank holiday in the middle and Hong Kong was affected by a typhoon, I have to say I'm really impressed that it took less than a week to arrive London, price was at least £100 cheaper than any UK shop (both online or high street) and that is counting the Customs taxes...

What can I say. For the moment, highly recommended.

ah yes, they were fast on answering emails too, correct and took care of me as a customer at all times and even had the nice detail of sending me some goodies that I'm sure will be handy when the right time comes for them.

Give them a try, i'll say there is nothing to lose.
