WNG MAKEUP every women must know how to put on their own eyeliner.. coz eyeliner is the basic eye makeup for all occasion. practice, practice and practice to get it right. for starters.. get yourself a steady hand holding your pencil or brush. for support and steadiness, you can lean your elbow on the mirror and slowly drawing your way slowly from the inner corner outwards.
