Fiona Tang I love pure fitness. However, I feel so foolish and being cheated this time. I am annoyed by this issue and dissatisfied by the misleading information given by the staff.

I am sure that it is not common practice for Pure Fitness. Yet, I sent the above message to the Pure Fitness Official Page last Friday and they promis......ed to get back within 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, I haven’t got any responses eventhough I sent out the e-mail again on this Thursday. What’s happened to this such as a well-developed company? It seems no one helps me to solve this problem?
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution to this problem.

Thank you for your Comment. We received your complaint last week and tried to contact you a number of times last week but were unable to reach you. A Customer Representative will contact you again today and help to resolve your situation.

The price of first price is a 24-month renewal price that would commence on the 15th of December. The new package will only start after your existing membership expires on 14th Mar 2010. The second is also a 24-month renewal price. But this price already includes the deduction of your existing membership fee for the period of 15th Dec 2009 to 14th March 2010, which means that this new package will be effective immediately.
