Following Josie Ho's 2006 album 'Hells Kitchen' comes 'Elastic Rock', her first Mandarin album. The album features her song 'Hochiu Shi' and a rock reinterpretation of Teresa Teng's Changhuan(償還), from the classic Japanese ballad Tsugunai(つぐない).

Artists contributing to this CD include Mavis Fan, Paul Wong, Audiotraffic, Hardpack, Davy Chan, Skot Suyama, Johnny Choi and Dan F. In addition to the 10-track CD is a 20 minute DVD, featuring 3 music videos and a making of featurette.
